Sony E 16mm
The apertures are from top down:
2.8-3.5-5.6-8.0-11.0-16.00
Quite good compared to the last 2 lenses. The base resolution seems to be a bit lower, but corner/border performance is not that bad. Especially if you take the $100 kit price into account.

SLR Magic 35/1.7 test on Sony Nex 5

The apertures are in sequence: 1.7-2.0-2.8-4.0-5.6-between 5.6 and 16 as they appear on the scale.
******The focus is on the the book in the middle Colour atlas of human anatomy******
My opinion:
The lens is very sharp in the centre from 1.7 on but the centre sharpness is vey small in area. This area of sharpness increases with the aperture value but never reaches a level which would make the lens suitable for conventional landscape applications.
For portraits it is a very nice little lens or any other creative application which does not need corner sharpness.
I love the little fellow and it is good value for 100 Dollars!
